Mohammed from Libya cycling around the world

I found this interesting story recently, I'm thinking how come it was not mentioned in our media earlier ? Anyway according to LJBC.net, Mohammed started his cycling for peace in 1999 and hopes to return to Libya by 2008. Read the whole story and see photo here .
Good luck to him and I'm really impressed, because the longest bycicle trip I made was to the bakery or supermarket

I remember training wheels! I learned to ride on a girls bike with training wheels... very embarrassing! Good thing my friends didn't see.

I really cannot imagine spending 9 years on a bicycle though... wow! That sounds like fun, actually. No way i could spare that much time though.

I learned to ride on a guys bike, I was 10 years old and it was my 18 year old best friend and neighbour who thaught me to ride on his bike. It was such fun because when I was standing the saddle was up to my waist. But thanks to him, I have no fears anymore. He even thought me how to sleigh-ride down slopes in the snow...

Red_enclave , lol .

Programmer Craig : girls bike he he he I wish I was there to watch !

Highlander... my mom has pictures, along with the pictures of me with baby food in my hair and me in the bath. At least I finally convinced her not to show them to everyone I know anymore :p

I don't understand moms... every picture of my sister, she looks like a little princess. And all the pictures of me are silly looking!

I bow to Mohamed the biker not the jogger (sticking my tongue out to from Cairo with love blogger). Good for him, his butt will be sore for the next 25 years :).

Programmer Craig,I really enjoy your posts. This one made me laugh loud and clap my hands. The other day I bought my two years old Thomas the train and I guess she will be blogging at the age of 22 complaining like you :)

Cheers!

Highlander,

No one inspire me more than lance armstrong. I'm not sure if you know him or not but he is a perfect example of perseverance and hope.
