The resignation

Back in March, I was contemplating a 'radical shift in career goals' , and checking tips about bad and good bosses. My strategy has been slow but assured without the need for an anthrax spiked letter lol. I'm quitting and have already signed the new contract with my new employer. Yay!

I've also taken a few weeks off between jobs to enjoy the summer. Which means more time for blogging, socialising , sports , reading and family.

Highlander,
I'm very happy for you. In fact, I am thinking of switching jobs myself.

Congrats from me, too! (Repeating my fellow Euro-softie's words like a parrot...)

Congratulations and wishes for real satisfaction with the new job!

Now NB, does that make you a Euro-parrot or a Euro-chicken ? :)

You tell me. I've no opinions of my own, I just say what other Euro-whatevers, anti-Israelis, Jihadists, liberals and naïve self-haters order me to say ;-).

Yay, Highlander! You have a lot more guts than me, I tend to stay in jobs I'm unhappy with just because I dread starting new jobs so much :(

I've been grumbling about findinga new job for a year, and here you just went and did it! Such an inspiration you are :D

Programmer_Craig, why do you fear change so much my friend , tell us about it, what is it about starteing a new job that you dread ? maybe the core friends here @ highlander's can help you ? i mean instead of matchmaking we can also open a job counselling branch ...I can already see all the franchise i can get from the rock ;)

PS Dear All, I''ve been having trouble accessing my own blog , so bear with me if i do double posts or comments don't come out fast enough.

You know of any well-paying jobs in Libya or would you like to rent a Euro-softie as an au pair? I can't wash the house the Libyan way but I can use a vacuum cleaner and could keep you well supplied with the latest trendy shebsheb zanoubas he he he.

Or perhaps Pumpkin would love to hire me as her personal pedicurist ;-)?

Highlander,
I ALWAYS get what I WANT! Haha... except for a hubby, DON'T WANT that at the moment!

Meeting you is also in my future list of WANTS! Pray that we'll get to meet up in 2008. Insyallah
